| Visalia, CA - May 2, 2011 - InteSolv announced today the opening of a new regional office in Austin, Texas. With the national Headquarters remaining in California, the group located at the prominent 8303 Mopac building in Austin will initially be focused on development and technical support services, with enterprise sales personnel incorporated into the office team over the next 6-12 months. |

 The development teams at the new Austin office will be focused on both software and content authoring development for InteSolv’s growing international client-base. Both the development and technical support teams in Austin are tied into the company-wide emphasis on providing innovation and technical competency around key products like Adobe Connect, Omniture SiteCatalyst, and Day CQ5, in addition to in-house software solutions such as inteVISTA.

| This expansion was planned over 2 years ago and was further accelerated by the recent release of inteVISTA 4.0 and the on-boarding of new complimentary product offerings such as virtual events and the Adobe Online Marketing Suite. “After extensive research and consideration, Austin was the right location for our Company.
